No. 1-3-8650 Row H No, C-3 Mathura Park Motiram, Beed, Beed, Beed, Maharashtra, India, 431122.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between the Company and any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses the Website in any manner (“you” or “your”).
Medicoline Pharma is a Wholesale Medicine Provider, supplying prescription drugs, generic medicines, over-the-counter (OTC) products, and healthcare essentials to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and authorized retailers across India.
By accessing or using the Website and our wholesale services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using our Website or services.
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
Only individuals/entities legally capable of entering into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (i.e., above 18 years of age, sound mind, and not disqualified by law) are eligible to use this Website and transact with Medicoline Pharma.
PART A: TERMS FOR USAGE OF THE WEBSITE

2. Registration of Your Account
- To use our wholesale services, you must set up an account with valid business details including pharmacy license number, GST details, drug license, business registration proof, and other information as may be required.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any misuse of account, fraudulent activities, or false submissions will lead to termination of your account without prior notice.
3. Communication
- By registering with Medicoline Pharma, you consent to receive communications (SMS, calls, emails) related to your account, transactions, orders, offers, and services.
- You may opt out of promotional communications anytime by using the “unsubscribe” option in emails or by contacting our support team.
4. User Warranties and Restrictions
- You warrant that you are a licensed retailer/hospital/clinic authorized to purchase medicines on a wholesale basis.
- You shall not misuse the Website for unlawful activities, resale to unlicensed entities, or in violation of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
- Any false or misleading information provided will lead to account suspension and legal action.
PART B: TERMS OF SALE
5. Wholesale Supply Agreement
- By placing an order, you are making a purchase request to Medicoline Pharma for bulk medicines or healthcare products.
- Order confirmation does not signify acceptance; acceptance happens when the products are dispatched.
- All supplies are strictly subject to availability and valid drug license verification.
6. Prescription Drugs Policy
- For prescription drugs, a valid prescription copy or license verification must be provided. Orders without proper documentation will be rejected.
7. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are wholesale prices, inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices may vary at the time of checkout due to market fluctuations. The final price applicable will be the one at the time of order confirmation.
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other authorized modes.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Please refer to our Wholesale Returns & Refund Policy, available separately on the Website.
- Returns will only be accepted for damaged, expired, or wrongly delivered products as per applicable guidelines.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Medicoline Pharma’s liability will not exceed the invoiced value of the disputed order.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or business losses (loss of profit, contracts, goodwill).

10. Compliance with Law
- Buyers must comply with all applicable laws including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, GST Laws, and Local State Drug Control Authority regulations.
- Medicoline Pharma will not be responsible for misuse of products by unauthorized buyers.
11. Force Majeure
- We will not be liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
12. Amendment
- Medicoline Pharma reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users are advised to check the updated Terms regularly.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Beed Maharashtra India.
