1.1 Medicoline Financial Technologies Private Limited, operating under the Brand Name and Drugs Licence Name as Medicoline Pharma, is a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered address at:

(“Medicoline Pharma”, “we”, “us” or “our”), manages and operates a wholesale distribution platform that supplies medicines and healthcare products to pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors across India.

1.2 This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”), together with our Terms and Conditions, sets out our policies and procedures for shipping and delivery of products purchased from Medicoline Pharma.

1.3 We provide wholesale supply and delivery of our products PAN-India. To ensure smooth operations, we partner with leading logistics providers and also operate our own supply chain in certain regions, so that our customers get timely, hassle-free deliveries.

1.4 By placing an order with Medicoline Pharma, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification.


TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

2.1 Logistics Partners – We work with trusted third-party logistics service providers (“Logistics Partners”) for the shipping and delivery of products. In some cases, we may handle deliveries directly through our own supply team. Dispatch timelines usually range from 24 to 72 hours after order confirmation. Customers will receive order tracking details on their registered email ID and/or mobile number.

2.2 Delivery Charges
As a wholesale distributor, our delivery charges depend on order volume, weight, destination, and delivery mode (standard or express). Specific delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. For high-value bulk orders, we generally provide free shipping.

2.3 Serviceable Areas – While we aim to supply PAN-India, certain pin codes may be marked as non-serviceable by our Logistics Partners. Customers can confirm serviceability during order placement.

2.4 Customer Information – Customers must provide complete, accurate, and valid shipping details (address, contact number, GST details if applicable). Medicoline Pharma shall not be liable for failed deliveries caused due to incorrect or incomplete information.

2.5 Delivery Attempts – Our Logistics Partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and shipping charges may be deducted from any refund/adjustment.

2.6 Delays in Delivery – While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Logistical issues beyond control
  • Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Strikes, curfews, or political disruptions
  • Regulatory restrictions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, customers will be informed via email/SMS. Medicoline Pharma shall not be liable for any consequential losses due to such delays.

2.7 Delivery Personnel Conduct – We engage only professional and verified delivery staff. However, since third-party providers are also involved, Medicoline Pharma shall not be held responsible for misconduct, delay, or service deficiency on their part.

2.8 Tracking Orders – Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID to monitor the shipment status. Tracking is updated by our Logistics Partners and may occasionally face time lags or technical delays.

2.9 Shipping Fees – Any shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable unless the delivered products are found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect (subject to verification by Medicoline Pharma).

2.10 Returns via Reverse Logistics – If products are eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy, reverse pickup will be arranged through our Logistics Partners.
